Safe Response highly recommends that all of our customers, UK and international, take this into consideration when ordering from us. Although we normally ship all orders placed before 12pm that same day we are able, we will be unable to ship via Royal Mail on the strike days and delivery times will be extremely spotty over the weeks that the strikes are in place.
We ask for your patience and consideration over these two weeks, as unfortunately, we can do nothing to control the situation.
What can you do:
Place your order early - try to avoid ordering just before or on a strike day.
Use a faster shipping service - Select our signed and tracked service if your delivery is urgent. Although these will still not be collected on strike days, Royal Mail will be attempting as many deliveries as possible of special delivery items. This tracked 24 service will take priority over other options.
Arrange for your delivery - tell us about your safe place as we will be unable to guarantee a delivery day. If you have a neighbour or safe place for the package, then let us know in the order notes section and we will add this to your delivery information.
Allow for a delay - after strike days it will take few days to get back to normal.
If you have an urgent order during the strike action, please contact us and we can look into alternative delivery options for you.
